The firm is led by a core team of Technical Leads who possess a combined experience of 100 years, ensuring deep sector knowledge and delivery excellence.

The technical leadership team includes:

  • Thomas Ofem, PhD (Lead Consultant): A highly experienced Public Health Professional with 30 years in the field. He specialises in designing and managing Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) programmes for areas such as HIV/AIDS, malaria, and Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH).

  • Aneota Egbe, MSc (Senior Consultant): An analytical Technical Advisor with extensive experience in Health Systems Strengthening and Human Resources for Health (HRH) governance across Nigeria. His expertise also includes Strategic Planning and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

  • Grace Ofem-Ibor, MPH (Senior Consultant): A highly accomplished public health and development professional with over 20 years of experience, distinguished by her strategic leadership, resource mobilisation, and expertise in innovative programme design across NGO, educational, and academic sectors.
